Role Overview:
As the General Manager – Key Account Management, you will lead the strategic development and operational excellence of our key client relationships. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through tailored logistics solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Key Account Management team to deliver exceptional service and value to strategic clients.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and client feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling initiatives.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation, with a strong focus on key account management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
